Glassdoor has just released its annual ranking of Best companies to operate in 2021. We hacked the top 10 technology companies from the large companies list (1000+ employees) as well as from the small to medium sized companies list.

For a large business listing, the rankings are based on employee feedback from companies with more than 1,000 employees. Through Glassdoor, employees rate companies based on things like CEO, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, and work-life balance. To be considered for the big list, every business owner needs to have at least 75 ratings across every feature of the workplace. For the list of SMEs, companies needed at least 75 rankings to be considered.

Without further ado, here are the 10 best tech companies to operate in the US, according to Glassdoor. In parentheses, you’ll find the overall ranking of each company in the top 100 companies along with the average employee rating.
